Job description

• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between ERP, MES, and QMS systems.
• Support integration between manufacturing equipment and IT systems, including PLCs, barcode scanners, and label printers.
• Analyze and resolve production-related IT issues to minimize manufacturing downtime.
• Monitor manufacturing systems and production data to ensure stable operations.
• Support manufacturing system implementation and process improvement projects.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and network switches.
• Coordinate with HQ IT teams, system vendors, and equipment suppliers for technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting ERP or MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing systems and system interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries.
• Basic understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network switches.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in English.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, MES, or QMS preferred.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
