Job description

Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between ERP, MES, and QMS systems.
Support integration between manufacturing equipment and IT systems, including PLCs, barcode scanners, and label printers.
Analyze and resolve production-related IT issues to minimize manufacturing downtime.
Monitor manufacturing systems and production data to ensure stable operations.
Support manufacturing system implementation and process improvement projects.
Perform basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and network switches.
Coordinate with HQ IT teams, system vendors, and equipment suppliers for technical support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting ERP or MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
Experience troubleshooting manufacturing systems and system interfaces.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries.
Basic understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network switches.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in English.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, MES, or QMS preferred.
Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
