IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineers(English-Korean Bilingual)

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications, including SAP, legacy systems, and internally developed business solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and implement scalable system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop internal web-based applications using modern backend technologies.
• Collaborate with business users to automate manual processes and improve workflows.
• Maintain application architecture, APIs, databases, and system integrations.

AI & Technology Innovation

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI technologies to improve business operations and productivity.
• Develop AI-driven automation solutions and proof-of-concept projects.
• Identify emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.

Software Administration & Technical Support

• Administer engineering applications, including AutoCAD, Siemens NX, MathCAD, and other technical software.
• Manage software licensing, deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Administer enterprise mass notification and text messaging systems.
• Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training materials.
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing technical support.
• Manage the full system lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Support additional IT projects and responsibilities as assigned., * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud services.
• Maintain stable, secure, and highly available IT infrastructure environments.
• Support network switches, wireless networks, VPN connections, firewalls, and enterprise connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network issues and assist with infrastructure upgrades.

Server & Microsoft 365 Administration

• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Perform server maintenance, software updates, and system patching.

Endpoint Management & IT Security

• Deploy, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, mobile devices, and other endpoint equipment.
• Support device enrollment, software deployment, and endpoint security configurations.
• Assist with antivirus, endpoint detection and response (EDR), email security, and vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and standards.

System Monitoring & Technical Support

• Monitor servers, storage, network devices, cloud services, and endpoint systems.
• Escalate critical issues and assist with root cause analysis.
• Provide second-level technical support for escalated hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.

IT Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in infrastructure implementation, system upgrades, migrations, hardware refresh projects, and technology deployments.
• Assist with testing and implementing new technologies.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset records, system configurations, and operating procedures.
• Recommend improvements to infrastructure reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Perform additional IT projects and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in enterprise application development, system administration, or software engineering.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise business applications.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, Java, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience developing web applications using Python, FastAPI, React, or similar frameworks.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, switches, wireless networking, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Experience supporting desktop operating systems and endpoint devices.
• Knowledge of endpoint security solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong initiative, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with VMware or other virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Experience with EMC or equivalent enterprise storage solutions.

• Experience administering Proofpoint or other enterprise email security platforms.
• Experience with enterprise IT ticketing systems.
• Relevant technical certifications, including Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience working in multinational manufacturing environments.

Salary: $80,000-$90,000+ per year, * Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
