Krell Consulting & Training, S.L. busca un/a Ingeniero/a Genesys Cloud CX que se incorpore a un proyecto estable.La posición implica diseñar implementaciones y optimizaciones en plataformas de atención al cliente basadas en Genesys Cloud, en modalidad prácticamente remota.Se requiere experiencia en integraciones mediante APIs, asà como en el desarrollo y optimización de flujos en Genesys Architect.Se valorará la capacidad de trabajar en entornos ágiles y multidisciplinarios.#J-*****-Ljbffr
