What You’ll Do

• Build & maintain our digital front ends:
• Develop responsive, interactive web experiences (React, Vue, or Angular) and Progressive Web Apps.
• Extend into React Native or Flutter for “app-store” installs.
• Design & integrate APIs:
• Architect, document, and secure RESTful or GraphQL services (Node.js/Python).
• Connect with third-party platforms (payment gateways, CRMs, SMS/voice providers).
• Stand up AI-powered bots:
• Build and maintain conversational chat and voice bots (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework).
• Implement tier-1 support automation and seamless escalation to live reps via Twilio/other telephony.
• Targeted messaging & ad-tech:
• Integrate with ad-generator APIs (Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Marketing API, or custom DSPs).
• Segment users and send personalized push notifications (FCM, APNs, web-push) and in-app messages.
• Measure & iterate:
• Instrument analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and run A/B tests.
