Job description

Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex hardware, software, endpoint, identity, and infrastructure issues.
Lead system migrations, upgrades, new implementations, and modernization projects from design through operational handoff.
Design and support hybrid environments across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, VMware, and on-premises infrastructure.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, identity governance, and least-privilege access controls.
Support Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and other Microsoft 365 services.
Manage Windows 10 and 11 endpoint environments and Windows Server environments through Server 2022.
Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, virtualization, and hybrid identity.
Design and support firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, wireless access points, and Fortinet equipment.
Support cloud and collaboration migrations, including tenant-to-tenant and post-acquisition integrations.
Implement automation and scripting that improves reliability and reduces manual work.
Create SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and technical documentation.
Mentor IT team members and provide clear technical guidance across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of enterprise IT experience delivering and supporting complex systems.
5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure administration experience.
Strong Microsoft 365 experience, including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Exchange.
Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, hybrid identity, and Windows Server through 2022.
Experience supporting Windows 10 and 11 enterprise environments, including upgrade planning and mixed deployments.
Experience designing hybrid, multi-forest, multi-tenant, and multi-cloud environments.
Hands-on exposure to Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, AWS GovCloud, FedRAMP, ITAR, or other regulated environments.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, prioritization, and communication skills., * Fortinet networking and security equipment.
OT networking in a manufacturing setting.
ITIL processes.
CAD systems such as SolidWorks.
