What You’ll Do: Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts Deliver thoughtful tax planning and advisory solutions Supervise, mentor, and review work of associates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value What You’ll Bring, Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred) CPA license preferred 3+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax compliance Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
