Systems Engineer

Investigate and resolve production support cases for aerospace control systems and electronic control units. Develop and release Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to support design improvements and manufacturing needs. Perform technical evaluations and substantiation of design changes related to production and factory support. Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and distribute production support workloads. Review and maintain approved source list drawings and build-to-print documentation. Reconcile product-level requirements with customer and system-level requirements. Support the integration of components into larger aerospace systems. Participate in configuration management and design revision activities including obsolescence management and drawing updates. Coordinate supplier deliverables and align schedules with program objectives.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or possess other protected status due to U.S. Export Control regulations. Knowledge of systems engineering principles and the systems development lifecycle. Understanding of aerospace electronics, control systems, sensors, actuators, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, or electromechanical products. Experience working with engineering change notices (ECNs/ECOs), design revisions, technical substantiation, or configuration management. Experience supporting, designing, testing, or integrating electronic control systems. Experience investigating and resolving production support issues or engineering problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional, and global teams., Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
