Job description

Vollständige Kenntnisse aller Serviceangeboten und Leistungen im Haus und von der gesamten Region

Mitarbeiterschulungen sowie Ausbildungen von neuen Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Front Office Leitung sowie der Reservierungsleitung

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung

Der Tätigkeit entsprechendes Fachwissen

Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie

Erfahrung in dieser oder ähnliche Position unbedingt erforderlich

Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift sowie gesicherte Englischkenntnisse

andere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

Erfahrung mit den gängigen Hotelprogrammen, sowie Word, Excel und Outlook

Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung! Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Front Desk Manager (m/w/d) beträgt 2.440,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
