Data & Admissions Administrator - Hounslow | Flexible Temporary Work

We’re looking to register Data & Admissions Administrators who are available for flexible temporary work. Typical Responsibilities

You may be involved in:

• Maintaining accurate pupil records
• Managing admissions applications and enquiries
• Updating the school’s MIS
• Processing new starters, leavers and transfers
• Supporting attendance and assessment data
• Producing spreadsheets and reports
• Preparing information for census returns
• Liaising with parents and Local Authorities
• Checking and updating student information
• General school administration

Experience with Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom or another school MIS would be useful.

Previous school experience is essential, particularly within a data, admissions or school administration position.

Candidates must also have:

• A clear DBS
• DBS registered on the Update Service, or issued within the past 6 months
• Strong attention to detail
• Good Excel and IT skills
• Excellent organisation
• The ability to work with confidential information
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
