Data Officer - Hammersmith | Independent School

An independent school in Hammersmith is seeking an experienced Data Officer to join its academic administration team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of pupil data and reporting, working closely with teachers, Heads of Department and senior leaders to ensure information is accurate and useful. The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining pupil records and the school’s MIS
• Producing academic and assessment reports
• Supporting tracking and reporting cycles
• Managing data imports and exports
• Preparing reports for senior leadership
• Supporting school census requirements
• Monitoring data accuracy across departments
• Managing spreadsheets and databases
• Responding to staff data queries
• Identifying ways to improve data processes

What You Need

Previous school data or MIS experience would be highly desirable.

You’ll need excellent Excel skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Experience with iSAMS, SIMS, Arbor or another education MIS would be beneficial.
