IT Technician Needed for Growing School in High Wycombe

A growing school in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire is seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician to join its technical support team.

The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support to staff and students, troubleshoot hardware and software issues and assist with maintaining the school’s IT infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys solving problems and working directly with people.

Duties will include:

• Providing first-line IT support
• Troubleshooting computers and laptops
• Supporting classroom technology
• Setting up user accounts and equipment
• Assisting with network and connectivity issues
• Maintaining IT equipment
• Installing software and updates
• Logging and resolving support requests
• Supporting staff and students with technical issues

Previous school experience is desirable but not essential. Candidates with experience in a helpdesk, technical support or similar environment are encouraged to apply.
