Job description

A successful school in Marlow, Buckinghamshire is seeking an experienced IT Technician to support its staff and students.

The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support across classrooms and administrative areas and will assist with the maintenance of the school’s technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting hardware and software
Supporting laptops and desktops
Setting up devices
Supporting classroom technology
Managing basic user accounts
Installing software
Resolving connectivity issues
Maintaining equipment
Recording support requests
Assisting with IT projects

Requirements

Candidates should have previous IT support experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
