Lead project discovery, scoping and requirements-analysis activities.
Manage project plans, scope, budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
Coordinate delivery across client teams, implementation partners and geographically distributed stakeholders.
Manage resource forecasting, commercial tracking, time management and invoicing.
Monitor delivery quality, project progress and agreed performance measures.
Prepare project reports and communicate progress to senior and executive stakeholders.
Lead Agile delivery activities and support continuous improvement across project-management practices.
Guide customers through digital marketing and customer-experience transformation initiatives.

At least six years of project-management experience.
Proven delivery of digital marketing, campaign management, content management or marketing-automation programmes.
Demonstrable project delivery experience with Adobe AEM and Adobe Experience Platform.
Exposure to Adobe Campaign, Adobe Commerce or other Adobe Experience Cloud products would be advantageous.
Experience managing complex projects or several concurrent workstreams.
Strong commercial, budget, resource, risk and stakeholder-management experience.
Experience delivering projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
A recognised project-management qualification and a consulting or systems-integration background.
Comfortable working with virtual teams across different locations and time zones.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
