Filing Planning Refining Operations Automation TypeScript Salesforce Communication Business Process Analytical Skills Business Analysis Business Valuation Workflow Management Amazon Web Services Full Stack Development Business Transformation Requirements Elicitation C# (Programming Language) Node.js (Javascript Library) Git (Version Control System) React.js (Javascript Library) Automation Anywhere (RPA Software) Application Programming Interface (API), This Lead Full-Stack Engineer will drive the discovery, design, and partial implementation of solutions replacing Automation Anywhere bots across multiple business workflows. Each bot represents a unique process, requiring fresh discovery, requirements gathering, and technical planning. The engineer will lead the redesign of these workflows into modern, cloud-native solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, and vendor APIs. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication, and the ability to translate ambiguous business processes into clear technical designs.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead discovery sessions for each bot (approx. 9 total)

Review existing Automation Anywhere scripts with an internal expert

Gather requirements from business users and identify missing questions

Document workflow, data needs, and system interactions

Design replacement solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, and APIs

Work with internal engineering teams to validate and refine designs

Begin implementation of solutions (likely starting November)

Integrate with vendor systems via REST/SOAP APIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, automation)

Participate in two-step interview process (screen + technical deep dive)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Greenwood Village, CO. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
