Workday Extend Consultant

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Workday technical expert who can leverage Advanced Compensation capabilities, Workday Extend, integrations, and reporting technologies to solve complex business challenges. This position offers the opportunity to lead large-scale initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering partners in an Agile environment.

As a Workday Extend Consultant, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Workday Compensation solutions and enhancements.
• Build custom applications and technical solutions using Workday Extend.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations utilizing Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Create and manage Advanced Reports, Report Writer reports, and BIRT reports.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide solutions for complex business requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile delivery activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Compensation processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers.
• Support annual compensation planning and year-end compensation cycles.

• Workday Advanced Compensation development experience.
• Workday development and integration experience.

• Experience with:

• Workday Studio
• EIBs
• Core Connectors
• Advanced Reporting

• Report Writer

• Experience designing and implementing technical solutions within Workday.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Pay Range*: $69- $74 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
