Job description

  • Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting in Netzwerk-, System- und Softwareumgebungen im IoT Bereich
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets inklusive Koordination mit 3rd-Level-Support
  • Unterstützung bei Installation und Konfiguration von IT- und IoT-Lösungen
  • Dokumentation von Prozessen sowie Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im 2nd- Level Support oder im Netzwerk IT-Support
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und IT-Infrastrukturen, z. B. LAN, WLAN, Cloud, Linux/Windows
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch- und Englisch
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
