  • Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Dokumentation technischer Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem
  • Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs der automatisierten Kundenanlagen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd und 3rd Level Support zur effizienten Problemlösung
  • Mitgestaltung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Supportlösungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HTL, Fachschule oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste Praktika oder Berufserfahrung im 1st Level Support / IT-Service / Helpdesk von Vorteil
  • Erste Linux und SQL-Kenntnisse erwünscht
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Kundenkontakt vorwiegend auf Englisch)
  • Teamgeist, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb
