Job description

The role will involve providing day-to-day support to staff and pupils and helping ensure the school’s technology remains reliable and accessible., * Troubleshooting hardware

Supporting classroom technology
Setting up laptops and computers
Managing user accounts
Supporting printers
Installing software
Logging technical issues
Maintaining IT equipment
Supporting audiovisual systems
Providing first-line technical assistance

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong IT knowledge and excellent communication skills.
