  • Administration, Annahme, Analyse sowie Behebung von Störungen im Client-Server Bereich
  • Sicherstellung der SLA´s
  • Anwendersupport, telefonisch und reomte
  • Benutzerverwaltung- und berechtigungen
  • Mitarbeit bei übergreifenden IT Projekten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-relevante Ausbildung oder vergleichsweise Berufserfahrung
  • Gute praktische Kenntnisse im Microsoft Systemumfeld sowie in der Netzwerktechnik
  • Gute praktische Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Exchange und Virtualisierungsumgebungen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem Ticket System
  • PKW Führerschein zur gelegentlichen Betreuung weiterer Niederlassungen
