IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist

Hybrid in Kings Point, NY Our client seeks an IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist to deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training, develop training materials, and manage knowledge bases. The role involves creating engaging content, facilitating workshops, and supporting internal knowledge sharing initiatives., * Deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training sessions to end users

• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules
• Create and manage knowledge base articles and other internal resources
• Facilitate training workshops and virtual sessions
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
• Track training metrics and user engagement
• Support knowledge management initiatives across the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT training or knowledge management
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Office Apps)
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
