IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist with Security Clearance

Job Type: Hybrid Job Description: Our client seeks an IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist to deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training, develop training materials, and manage knowledge bases. This hybrid role requires expertise in creating engaging training content and facilitating both live and virtual sessions. Responsibilities: * Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training sessions for end-users

• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules
• Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base for IT procedures and troubleshooting
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, incorporating adult learning principles
• Collaborate with IT staff to identify training needs and develop relevant content
• Assess trainee progress and adjust training approaches as needed

• Maintain training records and generate reports on training effectiveness Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT training or knowledge management
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: * Certification in Microsoft training or related field
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
• Knowledge of other Microsoft products beyond Microsoft 365 Work Location: Hybrid in Kings Point, NY
