Job description

Translate operational and customer needs into technical requirements and practical engineering solutions.
Apply Systems Engineering principles to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Manage system requirements and ensure successful integration of complex systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and test hardware and software solutions.
Support rapid prototyping and systems integration activities.
Document system design, test results, and lessons learned.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or related discipline.
Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and methodologies.
Experience with hardware and software integration and testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Active Secret clearance required., * Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes.
Familiarity with Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC) missions and systems.
Knowledge of rapid prototyping and systems integration techniques.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
