IAM Business Analyst - REMOTE

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst I to support their Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization. This individual will partner with engineering teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to facilitate application onboarding efforts, manage project deliverables, track action items, and drive initiatives through completion.

This role is ideal for someone with strong business analysis or project coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with application teams, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Manage and update Jira tickets, project documentation, and status reporting
• Support application onboarding initiatives within the IAM organization
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and assist with project planning activities
• Drive follow-up efforts and help remove blockers to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain documentation within Confluence and related collaboration tools

• 2+ years of Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or related experience
• Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Jira, Confluence, Visio, Whiteboard, or similar collaboration tools
• Strong stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and follow-up skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts, SSO, Federation, or enterprise application environments - Experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives
• Exposure to Ping Identity, SSO, Federation, or authentication technologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI productivity tools
• Relevant Agile, Business Analysis, Security, or Cloud certifications
