  • Be an early applicant, Das Unternehmen ist ein international tätiges Beratungs- und Implementierungshaus im Bereich HR-IT und unterstützt Unternehmen bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung ihrer Personalprozesse. Im Fokus stehen moderne Cloud-Lösungen im SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors Umfeld sowie die end-to-end Betreuung von Einführungs- und Transformationsprojekten., * Beratung von Kunden bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen im SAP SuccessFactors Umfeld
  • Mitarbeit in Einführungs- und Transformationsprojekten (Konzeption, Implementierung, Rollout)
  • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Entwicklung passender Lösungsdesigns
  • Konfiguration und Anpassung von SAP SuccessFactors Modulen (z. B. Employee Central und/oder Recruiting)
  • Unterstützung im laufenden Applikationsbetrieb sowie in Change- und Supportprozessen
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Unterstützung von Key Usern im Umgang mit den Systemen

Requirements

  • Erfahrung im SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Umfeld (insb. Employee Central und/oder Recruiting)
  • Erfahrung als Consultant oder Key User im HR-IT-Umfeld
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, Personalmanagement o. ä.)
  • Interesse an HR-Prozessen und deren Digitalisierung
  • Gutes Verständnis von Systemen, Datenflüssen und idealerweise Datenbanklogik
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
