Job description

Support and troubleshoot large-scale Cisco enterprise network environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) fabrics and Catalyst Center.
Support Cisco ISE authentication, authorization, profiling, and endpoint onboarding.
Troubleshoot enterprise wireless environments, including RF optimization, roaming, and client connectivity.
Support Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers and Catalyst 9130/916x Access Points.
Manage and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching infrastructure.
Support Cisco Nexus data center environments using VXLAN/EVPN and Nexus Dashboard / NDFC.
Troubleshoot and support Cisco Secure Firewall technologies.
Support hybrid networking and Azure connectivity, including ExpressRoute.
Troubleshoot network incidents and perform root cause analysis in production environments.
Participate in change, incident, and operational processes using ServiceNow.
Participate in a 24x7 operational support and on-call rotation.
Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management during critical incidents.
Maintain network reliability, availability, and operational excellence across the enterprise environment.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in large Cisco enterprise environments.
Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA).
Cisco Catalyst Center / DNA Center.
Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers.
Cisco enterprise wireless technologies and high-density wireless environments.
Cisco Nexus data center technologies.
VXLAN/EVPN and Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller (NDFC).
Cisco routing and switching.
BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
Cisco Secure Firewall technologies.
Azure networking / ExpressRoute and hybrid networking.
ServiceNow incident, change, and operational workflows.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
