Computer Tech

We are seeking a skilled Compture Tech - PC Bench Operator to join our team! The PC Bench Tech will work with a variety of technology that comes through the warehouse and will be responsible for troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and other technology., * Testing, updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing high volumes of hardware.

• Removing/adding RAM.
• Taking stock and inventory of hardware and parts.
• Navigating BIOS on laptop and desktop computers.
• Inventory control and quality control.
• Providing documentation.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of computer components required.
• Professional experience troubleshooting and repairing computers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment to meet production and quality requirements.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stay organized and solve problems efficiently.
• Knowledge of electronic parts and sourcing.
• Knowledge of All-in-One computers is helpful.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
