Network Cable Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Network Cabling Technician to join our team. Responsibilities include installing, terminating, and testing network cabling (CAT5e/CAT6/Fiber), troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring all work meets industry standards. Ideal candidates have experience with structured cabling, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on job sites.

No experience?? If you are mechanically inclined, or have experience in other trades (construction, electrical, HVAC, etc) we can train the right person.

The Fine Print:

• Competitive pay ($20 - $27/hour, DOE)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel on a limited basis, home all weekends
• Ability to climb and work on ladders and/or aerial lifts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and with a team in an on-site environment
• Must be able to report to our Olathe office daily
• Relevant certifications (such as BICSI Technician) and experience in cabling projects are a plus
• PTO - Vacation, Sick, Holiday’s, 401k plan with company match
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Must be willing to take a drug test in accordance with local laws/regulations
