Business /Data Analytics

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals, operational challenges, and member experience opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business, operations, digital, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Translate business problems into data-driven analytical questions and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze member behavior, customer journeys, onboarding, retention, and operational performance.
• Identify friction points, retention drivers, service improvement opportunities, and business trends.
• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and exploratory data analysis using structured and unstructured data.
• Develop analytical frameworks to support Next Best Experience, Member Deepening, Retention, and Contact Center optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Use SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual processes.
• Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and analytical solutions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, * 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Decision Science.

• Strong business requirements gathering and documentation experience.
• Advanced/strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with KPI development, dashboards, reporting, and business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience presenting analytical findings to senior/executive leadership.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product delivery.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business decisions.
