Join a collaborative HR technology team supporting global production scheduling and related HR systems that help improve the employee experience and streamline critical business processes. This onsite opportunity in Minneapolis offers the chance to work on meaningful systems work, partner with cross-functional teams, and help deliver practical solutions that support a worldwide workforce. Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and health of HR systems, with a focus on production scheduling capabilities
• Configure and troubleshoot scheduling, time and attendance, and related system functionality
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather needs, define requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
• Analyze processes, data, and system behavior to identify issues, constraints, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external vendors to deliver enhancements and project work
• Help plan, test, and stabilize system changes through the full project lifecycle
• Create test cases, execute testing, and support user acceptance efforts
• Document system updates, technical changes, and supporting processes
• Communicate changes clearly to users with different levels of technical knowledge
• Contribute ideas for improving HR technology, processes, and overall system effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, or a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience supporting or delivering complex IT solutions
• Experience configuring and supporting time and attendance or scheduling applications
• Working knowledge of how scheduling or timekeeping systems integrate with other platforms
• Ability to gather business requirements and turn them into clear specifications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, processes, and technology
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving issues in a live environment
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt well in situations with ambiguity
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting or delivering complex IT solutions
• Experience with Infor WFM or similar workforce management tools
• Hands-on experience with scheduling platforms such as Indeavor, Shiftboard, or Infor APS
• Background in reporting and analytics
• Experience working with third-party vendors and contractors on system initiatives
• Familiarity with documentation, testing, and stabilization activities for system improvements
