HR Business Partner Analyst - E2

Lockheed Martin is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Aeronautics team in Pinellas Park, FL. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of HR at Lockheed Martin, we want to hear from you!, As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and tactical HR support to our Aeronautics site in Pinellas Park, FL. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with business leaders to deliver HR programs and business-focused solutions.
• Managing employee relations and providing guidance to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinating staffing plans, supporting onboarding, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive talent strategies.

Responsible for designing and driving human capital initiatives to align with business objectives for assigned client groups. Serves as a consultant to leadership on human resource-related issues. Acts as an employee champion and change agent. Assesses and anticipates human capital requirements and opportunities, partnering with functional experts to develop and implement integrated solutions. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, strategic plans, culture and competition.

· 1-3 years of prior Human Resources experience.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of leadership, employees, and cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Client facing experience working in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships, action oriented, strong decision making and critical thinking skills, organized, and dependable.

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
