Dynamics NAV & Business Central Analyst in Park Ridge, IL

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in the Park Ridge area that is undertaking a major ERP modernization initiative. The company is seeking a Dynamics NAV / Business Central Analyst to support its current Dynamics NAV 2009 environment while playing a key role in the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This position will serve as a critical liaison between business users and technology teams, helping ensure a successful transition while providing day-to-day ERP support and business process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Dynamics NAV users across multiple departments.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and work directly with end users to resolve system challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders and implementation teams during the migration from NAV 2009 to Business Central.
• Support testing, data validation, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and ERP utilization.
• Assist with reporting, integrations, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation and system procedures.

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes including manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, purchasing, sales, and finance.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Prior involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred., * Hands-on experience supporting a legacy Dynamics NAV environment.
• Experience participating in a NAV-to-Business Central upgrade or implementation.
• Ability to balance user support responsibilities with project-based ERP initiatives.
• Comfortable interacting with both business users and technical resources.

• $80,000 - $95,000 base salary
