Senior Front-End Developer

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to support our client in building a new customer-facing mobile CRM application from the ground up.

The planning, architecture, and much of the design work have already been completed, so this developer will have clear direction while taking ownership of the front-end user experience. The application will be built primarily with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Tailwind.

Approximately 65% of the initial project will focus on creating a mobile-first web experience, with the remaining work supporting desktop and broader web functionality. Future projects may shift toward a heavier desktop web focus.

Responsibilities

Build the front end of a new customer-facing CRM application using React

Develop responsive, mobile-first user experiences using Tailwind

Write clean, scalable code using TypeScript and JavaScript

Translate completed designs and technical plans into production-ready interfaces

Build reusable front-end components that can support future projects

Collaborate closely with product, design, architecture, and backend development partners

Ensure the application performs consistently across mobile and desktop screen sizes

Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and occasional onsite workshops

Contribute to UI standards, coding best practices, and overall front-end quality

5+ years of professional front-end development experience

Deep hands-on experience with React.js

Strong experience using Tailwind CSS in production applications

Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, including ES6Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and platforms such as Next.js and Node.js

Experience building responsive, mobile-first web applications

Strong understanding of front-end UX and UI development best practices

Experience building reusable and maintainable front-end components

Proficiency with Git and GitHub Hands-on experience using Expo in previous projects

Understanding of Expo modules, application lifecycles, builds, and release processes

Experience producing, maintaining, or deploying Expo applications

Familiarity with Figma and translating designs into production-ready interfaces

Experience with Firebase

Familiarity with Next.js, SASS, shadcn, or similar front-end tools

Experience with interactive UI or motion graphics tools such as Rive or Lottie
