Job description

  • Shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment are among the daily operations of this role.
  • Receive, process, and document equipment returns and new stock orders.
  • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area.
  • Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location order and printing requests.
  • Provides quality service by following organization standards.
  • Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat and tidy.
  • Completes reports by entering proper information into various systems of record, collaborates with Warehouse Supervisor and assists with annual product lifecycle duties.
  • Processes hardware imaging operations while properly asset tagging, computer naming, and maintaining accurate hardware records.
  • Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Associates, Vocation or Technical Training in Computer Operations or Operations Management or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 3 years of experience within a warehouse or technology related field.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient data entry and record keeping skills
  • Working knowledge of laptop and desktop computers and related technology
  • Familiar with basic troubleshooting in Windows or Network environments.
  • Able to manage priorities and reprioritize when needed, working with minimal supervision and high degree of self-direction and motivation.
  • Proficient written and verbal communications.
