Independent End Point Assessor- Fundraiser

We’re seeking Independent End Point Assessors (IEPAs) to join our End Point Assessment team to deliver the following standard:

• Level 3 Fundraiser

This role could be a great fit if you experience working as a Corporate partnerships fundraiser, Events/community fundraiser, Fundraising/development/income generation executive, Fundraising/development/income generation officer, Legacy fundraiser or a similar position.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future workforce by assessing apprentices at the final stage of their journey. You’ll use your industry knowledge and professional expertise to evaluate performance, maintain quality standards, and support learners in demonstrating their competence.

Whilst this is a flexible worker role, during the period of allocated work we require availability between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday to be able to carry out reviews. Please make sure you can commit to this before applying.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Delivering EPA in line with the Level 3 Fundraiser standard
• Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
• Attending training and standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
• Communicating with apprentices, ITP’s and employers on EPA and grading

• A recognised Assessor qualification (or the commitment to work towards)
• At least 2 years of experience within a fundraising capacity within the last 5 years or significant experience in the sector
• Experience and competence of working with charities and organisations or fundraising for large events
• Experience of working with a charity or organisations that involves gift aid, monthly giving foundations or corporate fundraising
• An open approach to ongoing CPD with the standards being assessed
• Excellent IT skills and be competent with using systems such as Teams, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• A full, clean driving licence and have flexibility to travel across your region for face-to-face assessment delivery
