Independent End Point Assessor- Facilities Manager

We’re seeking Independent End Point Assessors (IEPAs) to join our End Point Assessment team to deliver the following standard:

• Level 4 Facilites Manager

This role could be a great fit if you are currently working as an Building Manager, Estates Manager, Facilities Management Contract Manager, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, Property Services Manager or a similar position.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future workforce by assessing apprentices at the final stage of their journey. You’ll use your industry knowledge and professional expertise to evaluate performance, maintain quality standards, and support learners in demonstrating their competence.

Whilst this is a flexible worker role, during the period of allocated work we require availability between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday to be able to carry out reviews. Please make sure you can commit to this before applying.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Delivering End Point Assessments (EPA) in line with the Level 4 Facilites Manager standard
• Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
• Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
• Communicating with apprentices, ITP’s and employers on EPA and grading

• A recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent)
• A Level 5 Facilities Management (or relative) qualification
• At least 3 years occupational competence and experience at managerial level within the facilities industry, for e.g. maintenance, front of-house logistics, post-room services and portering in residential developments and commercial properties, hospitals, schools or retail centres and/or industrial locations
• Have contacts and networks to still undertake a management role within the facilities industry, for ongoing active CPD
• A full, clean driving licence and have flexibility to travel across your region for face-to-face assessment delivery
• Excellent IT skills and be competent with using systems such as Teams, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
