  • Be an early applicant, * Bearbeitung und Betreuung von IT-Anfragen sowie technischen Anliegen
  • Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung, Verwaltung und Bereitstellung von IT-Hardware und -Software
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von IT-Dokumentationen sowie Inventarlisten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner IT-Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration
  • Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
