Workday Reporting Developer

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Reporting Developer in Bethesda, MD. Position Summary: We are seeking a Workday Reporting Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance custom Workday reports and dashboards that support HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Business Objects, and Discovery Boards. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and custom Workday reports
• Build Calculated Fields and reporting solutions based on business requirements
• Create dashboards and Discovery Boards featuring key operational and business metrics
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to translate reporting needs into solutions
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure data accuracy and security
• Support Workday releases by testing and updating reports as needed
• Document reporting logic and provide guidance to end users

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Workday reporting certification is a plus
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience
• Strong experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Business Objects
• Experience building Discovery Boards and dashboards
• Experience reporting across Workday HCM and/or Financial Management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
