Sr IT Project Manager, QMS/Quality Mgt System

Bring your expertise in IT project leadership to a role where you’ll guide complex technology initiatives from start to finish in a dynamic, remote environment. This position offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, support enterprise-scale delivery, and help drive meaningful business outcomes through strong project governance and collaboration. Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex IT projects through all phases, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource needs in alignment with business objectives.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to help ensure projects stay within approved parameters.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and work proactively to keep initiatives on track.
• Maintain clear project documentation, communication, and governance practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendor partners to align delivery with strategic goals.
• Facilitate status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive-level communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior project managers or business analysts when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, tools, and standards.
• Support organizational change efforts related to technology implementations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of overall professional experience, including 5-10 years in IT project management.
• Proven experience managing large enterprise IT projects with significant budgets.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, reporting, and project financials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience developing presentations and executive-ready PowerPoint materials.
• Background supporting infrastructure, application, or cloud-related projects.
• Experience working in PMO environments or helping improve project management processes.
• Familiarity with quality management system-related initiatives.
