IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of cybersecurity work tied to a large-scale enterprise data platform migration.
• Build and maintain a clear view of requirements, dependencies, milestones, ownership, sequencing, risks, and critical-path items.
• Partner across Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture, Data/Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and other teams to align plans and resolve issues.
• Facilitate technical conversations to address security architecture, integration, sequencing, and ownership challenges.
• Identify gaps, assumptions, blockers, and delivery risks early to help prevent delays to migration milestones.
• Drive decisions and follow-through when responsibilities span multiple teams or departments.
• Provide concise executive-level updates focused on outcomes, risks, decisions, and next steps.

• 10+ years of technical program management or similar technical leadership experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives involving engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and controls.
• Ability to coordinate security-related dependencies across IAM, data security, network security, cloud security, application/platform security, vulnerability management, logging/monitoring, and security architecture.
• Experience managing technical dependencies, integration points, sequencing, critical paths, risks, and blockers.
• Ability to understand architecture and engineering discussions well enough to challenge assumptions and surface delivery risks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise data platform or infrastructure migrations.
• Background working with security architects, engineers, or senior technology leaders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments that require structure and accountability.
• Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional working sessions and decision-making forums.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on follow-through and delivery.
