Project Manager (Architecture)

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for managing architectural projects from early planning through completion. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while guiding internal teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget. This position also plays a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the firm’s long-term growth., * Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout project lifecycles

• Oversee multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Lead and coordinate internal project teams, providing direction and mentorship to junior staff
• Review drawings and construction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Interpret contracts and ensure project execution aligns with agreed-upon terms and scope
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination sessions with stakeholders
• Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, zoning requirements, and applicable housing regulations
• Participate in jurisdictional meetings and assist with securing necessary approvals
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and address project needs
• Prepare and review project specifications to ensure consistency and quality, * Schedule: Four 9-hour workdays plus a half day on Fridays
• Core hours begin in the morning to support team coordination meetings
• Limited hybrid flexibility may be considered after 90 days (set day, mid-week only)
• Reports directly to senior leadership
• Interview process typically consists of 1-2 in-depth interviews

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (professional registration preferred)
• 12+ years of architectural project management experience across multiple project types
• Strong background in client-facing roles with proven communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of building codes and regulatory requirements, including multifamily housing standards
• Experience with Type V construction (multifamily/apartment projects required)
• Proficiency with Bluebeam required; familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on mentoring and developing team members

Compensation: $120,000 - $155,000 base salary + discretionary bonus
