Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud & Automation)

Our engineers use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, GitLab Duo) to move faster and cut toil. If you like leaving systems better than you found them, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure entirely as code
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for application and data workloads
• Automate deployment, configuration, patching, and operations tasks
• Support data pipelines and application systems in production
• Build security and compliance into infrastructure and pipelines
• Troubleshoot complex issues across enterprise systems

• Active Top Secret clearance
• 8+ years of DevOps, cloud, or systems engineering experience
• Hands-on Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar)
• Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

• Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent)
• GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar pipeline tooling
• Experience with data pipelines and enterprise systems (search, databases, middleware)
• Security hardening and DevSecOps practices
• Linux / RHEL administration

Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000, plus competitive benefits.
