Job description
- Provide first-line technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Set up and configure computers and laptops.
- Support classroom technology and interactive displays.
- Assist with user accounts and password issues.
- Install approved software and updates.
- Maintain IT equipment and peripherals.
- Support printers and audiovisual equipment.
- Log and monitor technical support requests.
- Escalate complex issues where necessary.
Requirements
- Previous IT support or technician experience.
- Good understanding of hardware and software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Education-sector experience would be advantageous.
