You’ll work across a mix of BAU, infrastructure projects and cloud adoption initiatives, with exposure to technologies including Microsoft Azure, VMware, Software Defined WAN and SaaS/IaaS platforms. The role would suit an Infrastructure Analyst or Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys remaining hands-on technically but also wants the opportunity to take ownership of technical delivery, contribute to projects and work with new and emerging technologies., * Support the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure services

  • Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial requirements and implementation through to BAU support

  • Support Disaster Recovery and High Availability solutions
  • Work collaboratively with Infrastructure, Architecture, Project Management and Service Desk teams
  • Contribute to infrastructure transformation and service improvement initiatives

  • Support knowledge transfer across the wider IT function.

  • Strong infrastructure troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills

Experience across any of the following would be beneficial:

  • Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams and Intune

Where possible, training is provided on new and emerging technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Infrastructure Analyst or Infrastructure Engineer looking to join a business investing heavily in modern infrastructure and cloud technologies, while gaining exposure to a varied mix of BAU, transformation and project work.
