Systemadministrator / System Engineer - Microsoft Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure

In this role, you’ll ensure the stable and secure operation of our hybrid IT environment-comprising Microsoft 365 and on-premises systems-and work with the team to continuously improve it.

Your responsibilities:

• You’ll manage and administer our customers’ Microsoft 365 environment and hybrid IT
• You’ll ensure secure and structured identity and access management
• You operate and optimize our on-premises infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization)
• You support the expansion of security and compliance solutions in the Microsoft environment
• You analyze issues in 2nd-level support and provide sustainable solutions
• You document systems in a transparent manner and contribute to the further development of standards and best practices

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Experience with on-premises infrastructures (Windows Server, Active Directory)
• Understanding of hybrid environments (e.g., AD Connect, identity synchronization)
• Knowledge of virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware)
• Experience with second-level support and structured troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of network technologies (routing, switching, VLANs)
• Basic understanding of IT security and compliance in modern IT environments
• Proficiency in German for customer interactions
• Driver’s license for customer visits
