Network and Computer Systems Administrators

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Monitor production integration environments, scheduled processing, system workflows, and operational activities to identify failures, performance issues, and potential service disruptions.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents by analyzing system logs, validating configurations, identifying failure points, coordinating recovery activities, and escalating complex or systemic issues as appropriate.
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to investigate cross-system issues, communicate status, support incident resolution, and maintain service-level expectations.
4. Support integration service requests and operational changes while maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, configuration information, and operational procedures to promote consistent and reliable support.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

6-9 years of experience in production IT operations, systems support, integration support, incident troubleshooting, monitoring, and enterprise application environments.

Business / Domain Skills

1. Experience supporting AWS-based integration environments connecting enterprise applications with external vendor systems.
2. Experience troubleshooting real-time API and scheduled batch/file-based integrations, including authentication, validation, timeout, encryption, and data-quality issues.
3. Experience using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and CloudWatch for production integration monitoring and support.
4. Experience supporting SFTP/PGP-based file integrations and coordinating reprocessing, backfill, and recovery activities.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced operational environments with defined service-level expectations.

1. Experience maintaining operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge repositories.
