UX Content Designer

We are seeking a UX Content Designer to join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering clear, effective, and user-centered digital experiences. This role will focus on creating and optimizing content, helping users better understand and navigate financial products and services.

The ideal candidate will bring strong UX writing and content design experience, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive, actionable language. This individual will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders, while also engaging with legal and compliance teams to ensure content meets regulatory standards.

This is a contract-only role with strong potential for extension (up to 3 years total), offering the opportunity to work on high-impact personalization initiatives within a regulated, fast-paced environment., * Lead content creation and act as subject matter expert within product design

• Partner with designers to apply UX writing to established products
• Identify user problems and craft clear, effective content solutions
• Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent content guidelines and language
• Conduct user research (test plans, interview guides, scripts, analysis)
• Support design process by integrating content strategy
• Partner with product managers on legal, risk, and compliance reviews
• Present and explain content decisions to non-experts

• 2-4 years UX writing / UX content design experience
• Copywriting and editing expertise
• Digital content delivery experience
• Experience with Figma and/or Mural
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience working in regulated environments (legal, compliance, risk - e.g., healthcare, finance)
