UX Writer or Content Designer

Lead content creation and act as subject matter expert within product design Partner with designers to apply UX writing to established products Identify user problems and craft clear, effective content solutions Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent content guidelines and language Conduct user research (test plans, interview guides, scripts, analysis) Support design process by integrating content strategy Partner with product managers on legal, risk, and compliance reviews Present and explain content decisions to non-experts

2 4 years UX writing / UX content design experience Copywriting and editing expertise Digital content delivery experience Experience with Figma and/or Mural Microsoft Office proficiency Experience working in regulated environments (legal, compliance, risk e.g., healthcare, finance)
