Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Payroll based on business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document payroll functional requirements.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, fast formulas, payroll definitions, and payment methods.
• Support payroll processing, payroll validation, and issue resolution.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and technical teams for integrations and reporting.
• Ensure payroll configurations comply with business policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.

Mandatory skills: Costing, FLSA, FMLA 2 types, balances , implementation how do you suggest a client, costing , Group term life insurance FICA, We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, and experience working with business stakeholders to deliver payroll solutions., * Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementation and support.

• Strong knowledge of payroll lifecycle, payroll elements, deductions, earnings, and tax configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formula, Payroll Flow, and Payroll Processing.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user support.
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM modules and payroll integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional experience.
• Experience with Oracle HCM implementation projects is preferred.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus.
