NOC Engineer - Linux

We are looking for experienced NOC Engineers to join an exciting start-up based in South West of England. You must be comfortable in an onsite setting and able to travel in and around the Bristol area. You will provide first-line technical support by monitoring infrastructure, responding to alerts and incidents, troubleshooting issues, managing tickets, and escalating to the appropriate teams or vendors when required. You must be comfortable working independently on a 24x7 shift pattern, hold a full UK driving licence, and be eligible for Security Clearance. Do you have:

• Experience working as a NOC engineer?
• Experience working in a data-centre operations environment, supporting Networks and troubleshooting hardware?
• Experience working in a Linux environment?
• Experience using an IT Service Management tool? (e.g. HaloITSM, ServiceNow, Jira)
• Excellent communication skills?
• Ability to work on a 24x7 shift pattern?
