Job description

Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi-Fi issues.
Manage and respond to support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required.
Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments.
Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations.
Configure and support network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless solutions.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.

This is an office-based role, five days a week, supporting a diverse portfolio of customers across the hospitality sector. We offer the opportunity to develop expertise across enterprise networking, Wi-Fi technologies, cloud platforms and infrastructure support, with a salary of £35,000 to £43,000.
